- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and, for sellers, your property address and plans, or, for buyers, the markets, property types and price range you're interested in.
- Consent records: if you agree to receive texts or calls, we record the date, time, IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Technical information: basic data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
- Public records: property information available in public records, used to evaluate a property.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare an offer on your property
- For buyers on our list, to send you investment properties and deals that match what you're looking for
- To contact you by email and, if you agreed, by phone (including automated and AI voice calls) and text message about your inquiry, offer and appointments
- To complete a purchase, including sharing necessary details with the title company or closing attorney

Text messaging (SMS)
Texts are opted into with separate boxes on our forms. If you tick "Updates about my request", we text you about your property inquiry, offer and appointments (sellers) or your buyer profile and questions (buyers). If you tick the marketing box ("Offers and news" for sellers, "Deal alerts" for buyers), we also text you marketing messages, such as new offer programs or investment properties that match what you buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or offer.
Estatewise does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone calls, including AI voice calls
If you agree to be called, we may call you about your property using live agents, automated technology or an AI voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to keep records and improve our service. You can ask us to stop calling at any time, on a call or by contacting us, and we'll add you to our do-not-call list. Consent to calls is not a condition of any purchase or offer.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, phone and messaging providers, and customer management software), who may use it only to provide services to us;
- with a title company or closing attorney, only as needed to close a sale you agreed to;
- when required by law or to protect our rights.
The SMS opt-in data and consent described above are never shared with third parties under any of these categories.
