Our services

Estatewise buys real estate directly from owners and offers properties under contract to investors on its buyers list. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not list properties for sale, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Any offer we make is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We may assign a purchase agreement to another buyer, and we will disclose this before you sign.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Programs: Estatewise seller messages (for homeowners who request an offer) and Estatewise buyer messages (for investors who join our buyers list).
• What you'll receive: sellers get texts about their property inquiry, offers, follow-ups and appointments. Buyers get texts about available investment properties, deal details and updates.
• How to opt in: by checking the text-message consent box on our seller form (estatewise.us) or buyers list form (estatewise.us/buyers).
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one final confirmation text and no further messages.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or offer.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• How to opt in: by checking the call consent box on our seller form or buyers list form, or by agreeing when you contact us.
• We may call using live agents, automated dialing technology or an AI voice assistant.
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
